By the end of year 2004 there were 30 enterprises possessing status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone Company. Status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone commercial company was granted to the following enterprises: "Dan Store" Ltd., "Plus Process Liepaja" Ltd., "Baltic Timber Products" Ltd. and "J.J. Stal" Ltd.
In 2004, the following two enterprises were canceled status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone commercial company: LSEZ Jsc. "Hidrolats" and LSEZ Ltd. "Liepājas Eļļas Estrakcijas Rūpnīca".
