By the end of year 2003 there were 28 enterprises possessing status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone Company. In 2003, status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone commercial company was granted to the following enterprises: "Kolumbija LTD" Ltd., "Lesfjors Springs LV" Ltd. and "Dan Store" Ltd.
In 2003, the following two enterprises were canceled status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone commercial company: LSEZ Jsc. "Liepājas metalurgs" and LSEZ Ltd. "Mojos Group".
