By the end of year 2011, there were 34 enterprises possessing status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone Company. In 2011 status of Liepaja Special Economic Zone commercial company was granted to the „Transit Termināls” Ltd., which specialisation is liquid cargos handling storage.
In 2011, Liepaja Special Zone Authority signed five long-term lease agreements.
