Notice of Real Estate Auction at Pulvera Street 29

The Liepaja SEZ Authority is organizing a written auction for the lease rights of a real estate property located at Pulvera Street 29, currently under the management of the Liepaja SEZ Authority.

The purpose of the auction is to determine the lessee of the property who offers the most economically advantageous bid for the establishment of lease rights and undertakes, throughout the term of the lease agreement, to accept waste delivered under the sanitary fee framework from vessels entering the Port of Liepaja in accordance with Annex I of the MARPOL Convention and to ensure the treatment of such waste in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
