Oskars Kalpaks Bridge in Liepaja has returned to its normal operating schedule after temporary film-related restrictions concluded

Filming for the international film project on Oskars Kalpaks Bridge has been completed, and the bridge has returned to its normal operating schedule.

Oskars Kalpaks Bridge is one of the key elements featured in the series, which has been filmed in Liepāja over several days. The series is based on The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, the world-famous novel by Swedish author Stieg Larsson.

Jonas Špokas, Location Manager for the upcoming series, noted that Oskars Kalpaks Bridge is one of the most significant elements and one of its most visually striking filming locations. He also emphasized that Liepaja offers a highly diverse environment that is particularly well suited to film production.
