The participants of the auction are required to submit their offers in person or by an authorized person to the Liepaja SEZ Authority at 4 Feniksa Street, Liepaja by the deadline for application as specified in the notice of the auction (during the Authority’s office hours from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 12.30 to 16.30) by 13 June 2025. At the working meeting, the Head of “CIS Liepaja” Tor Arne Pedersen announced that, by agreement with the Liepaja City Council and the Liepaja SEZ Authority, the possible location of the planned hydrogen production plant has been changed – further north in the port water area, and that, due to changes in the market and the demand, “CIS Liepaja” has abandoned the development of the green ammonia production project.
