"AE Partner" continues growth and strengthens production capacity

AE Partner LSEZ SIA, a manufacturer of high-quality electrical control and automation equipment, has concluded 2025 with steady growth, increasing both its turnover and profit.

In 2025, AE Partner LSEZ SIA achieved a net turnover of EUR 75.6 million, representing a 2% increase compared to the previous year. The company’s profit also rose to EUR 3.6 million. 

It is important to note that the financial results in 2024 were positively impacted by extraordinary income related to the restructuring of the AE Partner Group, whereas 2025 reflects normal financial performance without such one-off items. 

Investments in the expansion of production facilities in Liepāja have had a significant impact on the development of the company, which operates in both Latvia and Denmark.  

“By expanding the company’s production and office premises by a total of 5,000 square meters, we not only achieved an immediate positive impact but also secured the necessary capacity for future growth. Looking ahead, we are confident that strategically grounded business decisions create a solid foundation for continued development,” says Morten Bitsch Janik CBO Finance and IT at AE Partner LSEZ SIA. 

The company’s 2025 profit was also positively influenced by dividends received from its subsidiary AE Partner DK A/S, as well as targeted improvements in working capital management, including reduced inventory levels and enhanced operational efficiency. 

Considering the company’s focus on strategic expansion and diversification of its customer portfolio, full utilization of production capacity, increased efficiency, and continued investments in infrastructure and digital tools, AE Partner forecasts stable and sustainable growth for 2026 as well.
