Clarification of the published announcement regarding the written auction of the lease rights for the port treatment facilities of the real estate supervised by the Liepaja SEZ Authority

“Registration of the auction participants will take place from 3 March 2025 (08.00 a.m.) to 13 June, 2025 (16.30 p.m.). The participants of the auction are required to submit their offers in person or by an authorized person to the Liepaja SEZ Authority at 4 Feniksa Street, Liepaja by the deadline for application as specified in the notice of the auction (during the Authority’s office hours from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 12.30 to 16.30) by 13 June 2025. The offers will be opened on 16 June 2025 at 13.00.”
