Entrepreneurs reflect on what they accomplished last year

On December 10, entrepreneurs working in the Liepaja Special Economic Zone territory gathered for the traditional year-end event to look back on what has been accomplished during the year, share their experiences and discuss cooperation in the coming year. The Liepaja SEZ Authority has been organizing the annual year-end event for entrepreneurs since 2013.

The year 2024, like the past previous ones, has brought great challenges to businesses, requiring a very creative approach to ensure the continuity and stability of business operations. Addressing the transport, logistics and manufacturing entrepreneurs working in the Liepaja SEZ territory, the Liepaja SEZ CEO Uldis Hmieļevskis expressed his gratitude to everyone for their achievements this year and their determination to drive the development of the Liepaja’s economy.

The Liepaja Special Economic Zone is a business territory formed by entrepreneurs who work, develop, cooperate, create new jobs and modern production facilities, which in turn ensure stable income for the state and municipal budgets and contribute to the socio-economic development and prosperity of both the city and the entire region.

Traditionally, entrepreneurs who have achieved significant results in the past year were honored.
